as the national standard (GB6755-86 ) in 1986; This
product production technology was awarded the national
patent in 1998 ' Patent No.: ZL92103169.6.
 First,
main characteristic:
Micaceous iron oxide is flaky structure, whose main
chemical composition is Fe2O3. Chemical inertia, difficult
to funct with sour. Alkali. Salt etc.; Able to bear
the high temperature. There is no toxicity ; Photosensitive
is weak, so sunlight , rain , revealing , frost , snow
,etc. are very difficult to destroy. Because its flaky
structure, accumulate in paint membrane middle level
range upon range, can reduce steam permeate effectively.
Micaceous iron oxide can reflect, absorb ultraviolet
ray, can protect paint material not to destroy. It is
very effective to oppose the powderise.
Two. Main use:
Grey Micaceous iron oxide pigment which is flaky structure,
has very good shielding, can be used for producing different
type painting intermediate level surface painting, such
as bearing good cloud iron alcohol acid surface paint
and cloud iron chlorine sulphonating to gather rare
of paint. Red Micaceous iron oxide pigment have fine
adhesive force extremely , hide strength , painted strength
, shielding ,etc. characteristic, can mix red, zinc,
yellow, can improve stability and mechanical intensity
in painting membrane. The red Micaceous iron oxide pigment
can be used in many kinds of uses , such as rubber ,
plastics , wooden furniture products ,etc., can also
compound various kinds of and oxidize the iron oxide
red pigment . This pigment can be used for producing
various kinds of low-priced priming paint. Because of
good painted strength, it can be used in the building
painting, such as the internal and external wall, deculoring
the cement products etc.
